According to the terms of this package, the presence of at least two adults and two children is requiredto benefit from the discount.
If the reservation is made for fewer people, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.

  / Due to the unique location by the Lomnica River - spaces are situated around the Hotel. The number of spaces is limited. It is not possible to reserve them, as they are not designated. You can enter the Hotel via 3 gates. /

Reservation conditions:

A down payment of 30% of the order value within a week from booking is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining amount is payable on site.
Cancelling the reservation does not result in a refund.
It is possible to change the date within the amount paid no later than a week (7 days) before the scheduled arrival.
Notifying the hotel less than a week before arrival makes it impossible to change the reservation date - the paid deposit is entirely forfeited.
Failure to use any of the services does not result in a refund.
