PETS STAY
We kindly ask you to inform about the intention to arrive with a pet before making a reservation - this is necessary due to the limited number of rooms available for pets. A fee is required.

Reservation conditions:
A condition for accepting the reservation is payment of a deposit of 30% of the order value within a week from making the reservation.
The remaining amount payable on site.
Cancelling the reservation does not result in a refund.
It is possible to change the date within the paid amount no later than a week (7 days) before the planned arrival.
Informing the hotel less than a week before arrival makes it impossible to change the reservation date - the paid deposit is fully forfeited.
Non-use of any service does not result in a refund.
