Booking conditions:
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the order value is required within a week from making the reservation.
The remaining payment due on site.
Cancelling the reservation does not result in a refund.
It is possible to change the reservation date within the paid amount no later than a week (7 days) before the planned arrival.
Informing the hotel less than a week before arrival precludes the possibility of changing the reservation date - the full deposit is forfeited.
Failure to use any service does not result in a refund.
