Reservation conditions:
The condition for accepting the reservation is the payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the order value
within a week from making the reservation.
The remaining amount is payable on site.
Cancelling the reservation does not result in a refund.
It is possible to change the date within the amount paid at the latest one week (7 days) before the planned arrival.
Informing the hotel less than a week before arrival prevents the change of the reservation date - the paid deposit is entirely forfeited.
Failure to use any of the services does not result in a refund.
Hotel day lasts from 16.00 to 11.00.
Climate fee 3.20 zł per day per person- payable in cash.
