Booking conditions:
The condition for accepting the reservation is a deposit of 30% of the order value
within a week from making the reservation.
The remaining payment is due on site.
Cancellations do not result in a refund of the payment.
It is possible to change the date within the deposited amount no later than a week (7 days) before the planned arrival.
Informing the hotel less than a week before arrival prevents changing the reservation date - the deposit paid is forfeited in full.
Failure to use any benefits does not result in a refund.
