To book SPA treatments, please contact us in advance via email at spa@konradowka.pl.
SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to change the date or cancel a spa treatment, please inform the spa reception at least four hours in advance. Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
ARRIVING AT THE SPA
Please arrive at the SPA 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete a health form. In the event of late arrival, the treatment will be shortened without the possibility of adjusting its price.
